Privacy & Security
Your personal details will be not be sold or rented to any third party. Online Credit and Debit card payments will be taken by SagePay (formerly known as Protx), a secure third party payment gateway, we will never know your credit card details.

Sage Pay Security Statement
As a Payment Service Provider, thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to Sage Pay. It is their top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between your site and the Sage Pay Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage

Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held by Sage Pay is extremely secure and Sage Pay is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks

Sage Pay have multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access

No individuals within Sage Pay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. The systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because their systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

Currency
Our prices are shown and billed in Pounds Sterling. The approximate cost in US $ or Euros is also shown for guidance purposes. The charge will always be made in UK Pounds Sterling and there therefore may be some minor discrepancies due to currency fluctuations and conversion rates between this and your own currency.

How to purchase
The normal way to purchase would be online with a credit or debit card (most major cards are accepted). Once the order has been completed successfully an email containing an activation code and a receipt will be sent to you. Details on how to activate the software are included in the email. This email should be sent within a few minutes of successful order completion.

Can I use a Purchase Order
Purchase Orders are accepted from large organizations. On receipt of an official Purchase Order we will raise an invoice, which is payable in UK £. Once payment has been received you will be sent your Activation Code.

Do I pay any delivery or shipping charges?
No, your software is downloaded electronically. Nothing will be sent through the post so there are no shipping or delivery charges.

Do I have to pay any taxes?
If you are based in the European Union then VAT will be added to the displayed price at the prevailing UK rate of 17.5%. This is of course recoverable if you are VAT registered. For countries outside of the European Union no tax will be charged.

What if I want to license additional target servers?
Please email us with the details of your existing license and what you would like to do and we will sort something out. Normally you will just have to pay the difference between the two costs.

Do you provide a money back guarantee?
Before purchasing your Activation Code we suggest that you download a copy of the software and evaluate it to make sure that you are happy with it. In evaluation mode you can try out virtually all of the products features so you should know whether or not the product works for you before purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product after purchase, please contact us with the details and we will do our best to rectify matters.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are still unhappy then please explain why and confirm that you have uninstalled the software and have destroyed any copies of the Activation and License codes and we will be happy to issue a refund.
